I have a RCA 32"screen TV, a RCA vidio recorder, DirecTV dish and a set of RCA wireless headphones. We don't have any trouble watchint TV. We do have trouble when we try to record a movie. And the wireless headphones will not hold a frequency.
Can someshow me how to make sure hook-up are correct? I would use the manuals but they were burned in a house fire. Send me a sketch? Any thing would be helpful

You say you have a Directv dish so it's fair to assume that you have the satellite receiver as well. Look on the back of the receiver. Depending on the make and model, it will have one or two audio/video output jacks. Connect one set to the audio/video input jacks of your vcr and the other set to the audio/video input jacks of your tv. You will then be able to record directly from your satellite receiver. Can't help you with the headphones-too many unknown variables. Hope this helps. If not, give me a holler.
