Using a Bell 3100 receiver with flashed pansat2500 with latest BL from dss.community.n*t. I cannot get any quality and says no transponder found. I cannot go to the Parental control. Does this mean that my BL flash 240api is bad? I've been trying all day with no results. Is the Bell 3100 receiver with dual LNB a problem. Would appreciate any help.
