Hi,
This forum has been a very good resource in researching DLP's and I apprecaite everyones comments! I was set on the Mitsu 62725 but the glare issue is really making me think twice as I have a very bright room. I saw the new low-end 3 series today and it's a non-issue. Picture was crisper and the glare was minimal. The store was trying to talk me into staying with the 7 series and removing the shield but a I have problem doing a mod to a brand new $4000 TV.
Any comments on the 3 series? I understand it has the same HD2+ chip and light engine with the difference other than shield are the bells & whistles. Am I correct?
Any input would be appreceited.
