This is a General Electric model VG4262 VCR made by Daewoo.
It exhibits poor record/playback video and audio on the slow SLP only. SP play/record video and audio is OK. Looks like tracking is off, but adjusting the tracking does not resolve the problem. Anyone have any ideas of what I should look at???

Probably needs cleaned. If it's a 4-head it uses a different set of heads for SLP than SP, they can be dirty while the others aren't. I've seen it happen many times.
