This might seem like a really dum question but . . .

I have this VHS-C camcorder, and I'm trying to mail my friend a VHS of something I taped. I don't want to send her the whole adapter, because it's the only one my dad has. How do I copy copy/convert the VHS-C to regular VHS?

Connect RCA jacks from the camcorder to the VCR and set the VCR to line.

What is the rca jack? I only see these two plugs that are yellow and white that say audio and video.

Those are what you use. RCA jacks are the wires that you plug into those. The same jacks that connect a CD player or tape deck.
