I have a JVC VCR, model HR-DX20 and i want to set the tv channels. Unfortunaly i lost the manual and i tried to set the channels by pressing buttons of the remote on good luck, but so far..... Can anybody tell me how to set these channels with the remote?

In the setup menu there should be a cable/antenna select. Then after you set that to whichever you have there should be a program channels menu that will autoprogram them. If it's a fairly new VCR you can always unplug it long enough to reset, then plug it back in and it should program the channels. Leave it off till it's done programming.
