Hello all! I have an Nvida geforce fx 5900 and a Phillips HDTV model #51PW9303. I have a dvi cable and have tried to connect my pc to my hdtv via DVI. When I go into the Nvida software to enable output, it cannot detect my tv at all. I have tried another cable and that wasnt the problem. Anyone have any idea why this wont work?

You have to have the right driver version. I'm not sure the DVI acts as an IEEE port either.

Press the "FN" key plus the F10 key to see if this might change the destination of your display video
