I'm thinking of buying 5085 Samsung but I am concerned with the supposed Video/Audio time lag problems.
Samsungs web site acknowledges there is some lag due to video processing .. but that it can be improved by using component video 1 connection.

Does anyone own this TV? and does this problem make playing video games a problem or EVEN more does it make watching movies hard because of Audio sync problems???

I had a 5085 and returned it due to many issues. Videogame lag was very noticable and effected gameplay even when using component cables. The lag isn't a a/v sync, but a lag when pressing a button. When playing Halo for instance, you press the jump button, and it takes time for it to happen on screen. It makes playing fast action games like 1st person shooters and sports games very difficult.
