If you have purchased a new Sony HDTV since 10/31/04 and then signed up for Digital cable with HD from your cable company, Sony will send you two $50 checks to help pay your cable bill. You will need: 1) Form found at Sony website below, 2) copy of sales receipt, 3) copy of label from carton which includes UPC code, model number and serial number, 4) copy of first cable bill showing activation of HD cable service between 10/31/04 and 2/5/05.
