Can anyone explain the following in basic terms ? Please.

I Am trying to connect the following:

Wide Screen TV - has two scart sockets
Samsung VCR - has two scart sockets
Phillips <a href="http://www.serverlogic3.com/lm/rtl3.asp?si=1&k=dvd%20recorder">DVD Recorder</a> - has two scart sockets
DVD player - has one scart socket
Digital Cable box - has two scart sockets

I have the following leads to do so:

4 RF Leads
5 Scart Leads

Can anyone offer any instructions as I have been at this for 5 days and still nothing.
Don't really understand the other explanations much so looking for a basic step by step guide....I know am asking allot.
