Ok anyone have a clue on this one? Ill be watchign football or anythign on abc cbs fox or any of the lower chanels and every like 20sec ill get a like static sound it will be like ccchhc and 20 sed later chhch but on higher stations like the i guess u would maybe call them digital like hbo or starz no problems at all. Ive tried the cable box on another tv and also hooked up to a stereo system and same thing? So what can i do to fix this problem?

I had this same problem... I'm calling WOW and they're just going to replace it. Seems like some kind of overamplification or some noise in the analog signal.
