If anyone could help me out with this, it would be much appreciated. About a week ago, my SVHS player decided to turn itself off while it was running. When I turned it back on, it started for about five seconds, and then it turned itself off again. Now, this thing is about five or so years old, and I've already gotten a lot of use out it. I'd like to keep on using it, though, so I'd like any help I could get before I take it to a pro or replace it. |

hi I saw your post and I had a similar thing happen. One day it would not power up and I took it to a tech and he wanted 100 to fix. I put it aside and bought another brand but really miss this one. What did you find out about yours and how much did it cost, thanks, Robert |
