I'm looking to get the Toshiba RD-XS52 when it comes out. This is all new to me and I was wondering can you burn from a CD to a DVD

Or for that matter from a CD to a DVR hard drive?

I would like to create the end all be all party "tape" and not be limited to running back to the player every hour, is that possible?

I'v had trouble in the past getting anyone to respond to my questions so I'm asking please, please respond.
