I've e-mailed Samsung several times and gotten roundabout answers... "tentative for September", etc. Retailers are clueless. Combine questionable factory support with spotty Q.C. (see threads regarding error indicators and audio synch issues) and the Tobi 62HM84 is looking better and better.
