Dual layer discs are still way too expensive to make it worth it. I use DVDxCopy express and I just rip the main movie file to a single layer disc. I don't want the extras, just the movie. You can burn a 2nd disc with the extras on it if you need. The discs I make play perfect in my Xbox, Toshiba SD-5970, and my cheap Kawasaki portable DVD player.
