As the cold weather is here, there is static electricity in my house. When I went to use the Touch Switches on the front panel of my Samsung TXN 3071 there was a zap and the controls went out of control and won't stop (the channel switch keeps moving through the channels, the menu keeps coming on and off the screen, etc.) I have tried unplugging, using remote, touching multiple switches at once. Nothing helps. Anyone else had this problem or know of a fix?
