REGION FREE METHODS FOR : Technosonic

 

MODEL(S) : METHOD : CONFIRMED?
602c, 802c 1. Press Eject (leave open).
2. Press Setup.
3. Goto preference page
4. Press 4, 9, 5, 4, 0, 10.
5. Select region 0 (may need to use cursor).		   

 

MODEL(S) : METHOD : CONFIRMED?
DVD-202, DVD-204 1. Ensure there is no disc in the player.
2. Using the remote control, key in the following: Setup, Setup, Next, Prev, Next, Prev.
3. repeated pressing of Next and Prev may be necessary.  Also, one press of Setup at the start of the hack is all that is required sometimes.
4. You will then see VER followed by number on the top right hand corner of the screen.
5. Using the right arrow key, change the number to 255 for region free.  The 255 option may not work, but single region numbers do work.

Disble Macrovision

1. Use the steps 1-3 above to get to the VER numbers.
2. Use the up/down arrow keys to select more VER numbers.
3. Change the VER entries of 3001 and 4001 onscreen, to 3000 and 4000 respectively using left/right arrow keys.

You may be able to see VER5001 too - if so, change it to 5000 to enable VCD playback.
