My 3.5mm headphone jack has snapped off where you see the first green line.

How can I fix this??

Could an electronic store do this for me?? Bearing in mind it's a sony product and apparently the wiring makes it hard to fix...

An electronic shop can do it for you - but you can buy a better one if you go with sennheiser 580...
