Here's how you do it:
* Press SETUP
* Press cursor > three times to go to the "preferences page"
* Insert code 9653 with the remote control. The regional code appears on the screen.
* Select the regional code: 0 = code-free; 1=USA, etc
* Press ENTER and then SETUP
* Done
