I have recently brought a xirom mp3 player with 1GB capacity. It say it can play video(.avi format), photos, e-book beside music, but everytime I try to upload video & photos I get an file format error message.
I have try using the avi converter program that come with the player to convert video file to avi. I then try uploading them (cut&paste) directly to the player and I have also try saving the converted files to a location on my computer and the cut&paste it from there to my player. Both resulted in the same error message.
with the photo it's the same story "file format error" I have try JPEG &JPG theoretically they should be the same, aren't they? If not that would explain the problem.
and the e-book function is also a file format error.
Does anybody out there have a clue as to how I can upload the above mentioned things into my player or have a clue as to how to do it, please drop my a line or two. Your help is and would be greatly appreciated.
