I bought 2 telus U540 cell phones and one got broken, so it is useless. I cancelled my bill for monthly plan...I did not enter a contract I only owed them for what monthly services I wanted from them.. and now want to reactivate my 2nd phone but Telus gives me run around.
Is there anyway I can unlock it? I did not sign an contract and they soaked me over $700 for two phones its a shame to let it sit there. I was going to get a sim card and make it easy except that they dont have sim cards that can be taken out...
Any help would be appreciated.
