hi guys I have a philips gogear sa2102/20 2gb mp3 player now I am stuck in with this gismo.its voice is only 80 db.(max ) I think it's quite minimal. and its firmware is 3,20.How can I find a solution ? some of my friends says firmware 4.15 doesn't solve the voice problem. I am waiting now,what I must do ? thanks
