My Sansa e260 keeps on turning off automatically!!! Its fully charged and everything. But it will be playing a song and will just turn off. Also, I wanted to add new songs using Rhapsody but after it recognizes it and loads my songs it turns off and i cant do anything!!! What do i do! I need your guys' help ASAP!

Firstly, make sure all of your music is safely stored on your computer. Then, go get the Sansa Firmware Updater and update the firmware. This will destroy all files on the device. Then sync it again.
