i recently updated to windows xp pro sp2 now my windows and itunes cant see my ipod , i have the first generation 4gig mini and a shuffle , they both cant see them!!!!NEED HELP! |

Remove the old version of iTunes. (The version that worked with your iPod)
Restart.
Re-Install the same old version...do not do an update.
Re-start. |

that didnt do it, but the main problem is that my COMPuter cant even reconize it, and i enabled disk use on all my pods, but this is really wierd, i need help, and other solutions people? |
