When inserting a dvd or disc, it'll say loading, then it'll say NO DISC. What could be wrong? |

Get some lens cleaning solution and a q-tip, gently clean the lens without putting pressure on it....also check if it is properly positioned, you can move the lens arrangment a little bit, when you turn it on it must go back to its position... |
