This morning my daughters ipod was "Frozen" while it was on. Tried to reset it, but that didn't work. When I got on itunes it said the ipod was corrupt and needed to restore it. I have done this. It has been restoring for 3 hours. Is this normal or should I try something else. Worried about shutting the computer down while it is still restoring. We are new ipod users and not really computer literate. Thanks for any help you can give.
