I own this device and haven't used it for about 2 months. Owned it for 2 years. Always worked perfectly. Battery is charged and am running on AC. Remote works in respect to setup, etc, but logo screen comes up with "Open" displaying in upper left corner. Unit will not start operating with either CD or DVD. Also, how does one utilize the password function? Help please. Thank you.
