Okay so the ipod is connected to the computer. I have Limewire and iTunes opened up, and have downloaded one song. The iPod just sits there with an apple on the screen and the song is not transferring to it... the computer does not appear to recognize the ipod is connected! When I disconnect it and look at the menu the song has not been transferred. I have tried resetting the iPod and that does not work. I read somewhere on a website you have to click on the "iPod button" on iTunes but I can't find that anywhere. Someone PRETTY PLEASE help me, I was so excited to get this iPod and now it doesn't even work!
