Ok so I got an ipod nano (4 gb) back in January. It holds 1000 songs but when I try to put songs on it a screen pops up and says "will not fit". But the songs should fit because I only have like 613 songs on it. And it says 3.72gb out of 3.72gb used. Why would it say I dont have any more room when I can still put 400 something songs on it?? Please help. I love my ipod &&& its pissin me off. |

The iPod won't hold a certain number of songs, it'll hold a certain capacity. The stated 1000 songs is for something like 3 minute long songs encoded at 128kb/s; if your songs are longer than this or are encoded at a higher bitrate, they'll be bigger, and you'll fit less on your iPod, unfortunately |
