ok...i recently bought a 30GB iPod.i didn't have any problems transfering songs to the device until today-i bought kt tunstall's cd,and the stupid thing just installed its own player.i don't know the right name,the file name just says wmmp...so i can't open the cd in any other player,not even windows media player...is there any way i can get those songs on my iPod? help pleaaase |

Remove/uninstall whatever it is that you installed and run the iTunes program once again. |

now i've tried that...but the cd still doesn't appear in iTunes.thanks anyway.is there anything else i can try?i remember some of my friends had problems similar to this,but they were always able to run the songs at least in w media player. |
