I loaded some videos into my library and they play fine and then as soon as I convert them to go on my iPod the sound quits working....Anyone know how they can halp please let me know!!! Email me at Brady122187@aol.com if possible.

currently iPod only supports mp4 and h.264 formats, make sure you converted into the right format, you can comet to this site: http://www.mp4converter.net/ with comprehensive info on conversion for iPod |

Because 4.4Gb of space is taken up by system software, firmware etc. |
