Hi everyone,
I bought an Ipod off ebay a while back. I have just started to try to use it as i have been moving house, and not had access to a pc. When i got the ipod, the cable enclosed had a rectangular end, with a symbol like this: a circle at the top with 3 lines coming down. at the end of one line is a square, another is a triangle and another is a circle. When i plugged it into the computer, it said 'firewire connections are not supported. To transfer songs, please connect the USB cable provided.'
I thought i might have the wrong cable so i got another one off ebay that has a rectangular end but the end is curved a bit. when i plugged that in the computer, it said the same message as above.
I don't understand why its saying that. Does anyone know what that message means and why i can't import cds onto my ipod?
