hey everyone. when i go to charge my ipod i hook it up to the usb do the usual routine, but lately instead of it charging this battery fills the screen when it's hooked up and it is up there for like 5 seconds then it just turns off and disappears..it looks like a battery that is empty except for what is like...i guess a lightning bolt shape black outline towards the back of the battery..any idea what it means?? any help is appreciated..thanks

i went to bed last night with this one song playing and i swear i turned my nano off...
well i woke up this morning and i saw that the nano was on and i tried to turn it off...
well the same song was on right where i left it
and then when i went to turn the nano off the screen lit up and its been stuck since ... the battery is at its low and when i plug the nano into the computer it does nothing... basically its frozen... what do i do??
