all you need to do is go to wher it says music photos .etc, and hold down the menu and center button for 5 to 10 seconds. This resets ur iPod but dont worry it does not lose ur songs or anything!  |

actually this happened to me yesterday! all you do is press the menu and the center button for 5 to 10 seconds. this resets it but you won't lose any songs! |
