The dvd player that I bought for my daughters kept saying "no disc." Then, one day I went out and it was melted. Does anyone know how to contact the company? Please let me know if you do. Thanks. |

I am looking for the same thing. Our cord to connect the screen to the dvd player isn't working right. This is so frustrating. |

Durabrand is trash, as I'm sure both of you have figured out....it's kind of like asking "Am I the only Yugo car purchaser that is unhappy?" |

I lost the remote to my dvd player (dur-10) and found one at "1800customersupport.com". you choose your product and they have an accessories link to order missing/lost parts. You should also be able to contact the manufacturer. I think it is ALCO. I actually like my dvd player though, had it about ayear so far. |
