i recently got an ipod photo 20gb from ebay. the item is brand new and i have no doubt about it. i already had itunes on my computer with about 400 songs. i tried installing the itunes disc that was incuded and it was working, i told them the serial number and everything. but it then said it had detected a newer version of itunes and installation had to stop. but when i connect my ipod to my windows xp computer, itunes does not open like it is instructed. when i manually open itunes, itunes does not seem to recognize ipod. i cannot click update ipod. plz somebody tell me what i can do
