I purchased the Lyra 1072 and a San Disk 1GB card. With or without the card each time I hook the player up to the USB cord my laptop goes into critical error mode. I can't find software on the disk that was provided that allows my computer to talk to my player. I was able to put MP3 files onto my card via my handheld and syncing and the files play in the player, but can't seem to get passed the error player. Any suggestions
