I'm not technical in the slightest and I'm very frustrated with not having my ipod up and running yet. I've copied some songs over to itunes from limewire and imported few cds this evening. How do u put the songs on 2 ur ipod??? I thought it would be automatic or if yo click on "export playlist" it goes into the ipod. I would really appreciate immediate help and start enjoying this damn thing because I love my music. Thank you.

Open iTunes.
See if all you music is visible on the window.
Check on the right column right before the songs.
Look if there are check marks on the boxes in this column.

If there check marks, and if you are manually updating your iPod, only the songs with the check marks will be transferred to your iPod.

You can also go under "preferences". From here click on the tab that controls your iPod and put a check mark on update iPod automatically. Personally I like doing my updates manually.
