I was given a MT130 player from mitsai.

After two weeks it stoped working as a mp3 player. But it worked (and works) as a 1Gb pen drive.
In its manual it says to go to www.perceptiondigital.com and get the programs for reinstalling the firmware. I did it. the model in this page is PD130

The update software(firmware utility 5) find my player (as a player recovery device) and when it is going to record the system files it shows a fail message. I formatted my player with fat and fat32 but it was helpless.

I can,t find any mitsai site for help.
I know the file names are: usbmsc.sb, stmpsys.sb, resource.inc, resource.bin, bootmanager.sb

As advice I tell not to buy Mitsay products.
No support at all. And Perception Digital gives no help even knowing that Mitsai's manual says to look for support with Perceptio Digital.

Some help. pls

You can try to upload different version of firmware. It is possible that you have corrupted files! You can get additional details on my page http://home.tula.net/nickit/
