mine portable dvd IS-PD040922 does not read dvd, places dvd and makes a racket of the stopped reader this, somebody can help me?

You may want to replace it or return it. |

I also have a problem with the same model. Some DVD's work some do not. I call Insignia and they told me to take it back to Best Nuy, where else could I take it to get fixed??? |

If you can't take it back to Best Buy, then look in the phone book for an electronics repair shop. What other place did you think can repair the DVD player? A bakery, perhaps? |
