Hi everyone! I've owned my Lyra 1072 mp3 player for about six months now. This is my first mp3 player and it has performed admirably, but recently it started "freezing"; when I turn it on it just keeps clicking on the RCA logo. My computer recognizes it when I connect it via the USB cable, and I can still download songs to the player and delete songs from it. Does anyone know if the problem is a software problem, or a mechanical problem (like a faulty on/off switch)? Thanks for any helpful info!!! |

Hi Stewart,
I had the same problem just erase or copy all files on your player and do a quick format.
I,ve done that and it is now ok.
