I would look at reviews on Amazon.com and Epinions.com. Skull Candy is a pretty good new company, but reading selective reviews on those two websites, their headphones are a real mixed bag. Some are good (like the Link line and the Skullcrusher line is a great value) and some of them completely bomb (Smokin' Buds suck beyond belief and select full-sized ones are average at best). Just read, read, and read reviews, and in the end if you still don't know, go for it anyway. Don't like em, return em.
