Anyone have any suggestions or solutions relating to the difficulty in reading the screen in bright daylight?

If you go into the settings you can turn up the contrast level and it will provide better viewing in daylight hours.
Also this is the lowest price I have found yet on this unit.

Help! I have a zire 31. I need to customize my calender so that the schedule isn't on the hour (i.e., 8-9, 9-10 etc.) I want to be able to set a default background calender to read 8:00 - 9:15, 9:15 to 10:30, etc. I know I can change this on an invividual appointment through the details page and then the time tag. What I want to do is to change the default mode on all the days to an hour and fifteen minute interval. Any ideas? Any add ons that will do this?
