I can't access the DTS surr, neo6, logic7 modes on the remote and receiver. So it means i can't get to "hall' or "theater" modes. the only button that works is "dolby" which is just pro logic and dolby digital. Any suggestions?

Well, you can't get DTS unless if DTS source is switched on. You can't get Logic7 unless an analog stereo source is on. Right?
