I've noticed a few references to the need to "match" a center channel speaker to your fronts. I use Ascend CBM 170s for the fronts and am looking for a relatively inexpensive center since I don't use my system for HT that much. I'm looking in the $100 - 200 range, which eliminates the new Ascend center as an option. Anybody have recommendations? |

the Wharfedale center sounds good, but compared to the Ascends and Athenas...I'd shell out the extra $30-$40. cheers |
