In my quest for a great sounding stand-mount, I have come across these little gems. Why is it that I can't find any discussion about them here or on Audiogon, or Speaker Asylum, or anywhere? What's the deal? Anyone? |

ProAc is a very good speaker line, little known in the States. They do take some system balancing to get the most from any of their speakers. They tend to the slightly bright analytical side. |

J. I heard them today. It's hard to believe that much sound was coming from one of the smallest speakers I've ever seen. I need to spend some more time with them. As you can see, my $500 budget has crept up to $1200. |

Steve, if you're working your way up to the $1000+ range look at the reivews for the Spendor S3/5. Not very efficient but I've run LS3/5a's off my Mac tubes with 40 watts per side and done quite well. Just put "Spendor S3/5" in a search engine.
