hi i'm based in the UK, was looking to get a relatively cheap pair of speakers for a second hi-fi setup using a Marantz CD67 CDP and NAD C370 amp. had my eye on the following, which r all below £100: 1) KEF Coda 70s (new SuperFi) 2) AE Energy Aegis Evo1 (demo from Currys) 3) TDL Nucleus 2 (RicherSounds) 4) Eltax Liberty 5+ (RicherSounds) 5) Mission 771e (already own, good top and mid, but not enuff bottom) havent heard the KEFs, AEs or Eltaxs but was quite impressed with the small TDLs, considering i could get them for £50! would appreciate any comments or input. cheers, Long. |

I have been looking into buying some new speakers for a while now and was looking at some Eltax liberty 5+ and they are quite good for the money but i would go for either the kef coda or AE energy aegis evo1 i have heard some quite good reviews about them. Some other good speakers for under £100 is the tannoy fusion range. |
