I am sure either one has sufficient power for your speakers and both put out a very high quality signal with great clarity and detail, but the real differences are cosmetic and sound charecter.

The Rotels have a much leaner and cooler sound. The NAD is warmer and more full bodied. The NAD will give you more bass.

Obviously, the Rotel is very beautiful with its polished silver finish and the NAD is rather dowdy in its industrial grey.

The NAD will not give you more bass, or at lest it will give you more muffled bass! The Rotel isn't cold or whatever, its dynamics, clarity and precision is way better than NADs.
