Does anyone have a schematic of how to build a volume control with a VCA. Well the schematic should rather easy. the thing is, I can't figure out how the calculate the pot I need for full dinamic range with a given input voltage. I have a first gainstage that has 6dB of gain. Afther that I want the VCA for volume control.
How do I configure the VCA's of both channels for balance control?

I'm setting up my first high end dedicated home theater and am having a difficult time deciding between the meridian G68/G91 combo vs the Lexicon MC12/LX-7 or the parasound C2/A51. My dealer who has both the lexicons and parasound keeps trying to talk me into the parasounds which would be far cheaper. Unfortunately, no one the actual equipment to audition. Does anyone have any thoughts/advice?
