I need help with a system setup! I have 2 big speakers, sorry I can't get more specific, an amp (probably high quality since I am borrowing it from a band) and am trying to see if I could hook up a receiver to it and then in turn hook up an i-pod to the receiver? PLEASE HELP!!!!

You need the connecting cable for the i-pod to run to the amp's line in connector. Then hook up the speakers and you should be ready togo.
